As per the complaint the girl was forced to consume alcohol by the three men after which they had taken her to a one-room flat in a nearby building in Bansdroni area and took turns to rape her, .
Muzaffarnagar: A 16-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a youth in Newmandi area in Muzaffarnagar, police said on Sunday.
An FIR has been registered against Manoj Kumar, Ravinder and his wife under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, they said.
According to the complaint, the girl was picked up by Manoj with the help of the other two accused on Saturday night. She was later raped by Manoj.
Efforts to trace the trio are on, said the police.
