'It's your vote, not Modi that brought positive changes in India': PM in Odisha
Kalahandi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally in Odisha’s Kalahandi on Tuesday said, “It is your vote and not Modi that brought positive changes in country, lit up lives of poor, filled their lives with hopes.”
“24 lakh houses in Odisha have got free electricity connection. After 70 yrs of independence, 3000 villages of Odisha got electricity for the first time. All of these things weren’t done by Modi, India’s voters are the ones who made it happen,” Modi said.
Attacking opposition, Modi said parties like Congress and BJD conspired to keep the poor of the country poor and deceived them. He said that they treat them as vote-bank.
PM said, “I have worked for you despite no cooperation of state govt; this watchman has taken advantage of Centre's schemes to help Odiyas”.
With general elections around the corner, Modi urged Odiyas to vote for BJP and repeat the history created by Uttar Pradesh in 2017 and Tripura in 2018.
