Caught on camera: Amit Shah’s photo reveals Modi govt plan, goes viral

Mumbai: Home Minister Amit Shah was captured on camera by a photographer with documents between his folded hands as he walked into Parliament on Monday.

A picture clicked by a news agency AFP photographer revealed the government's detailed plan for the Jammu and Kashmir announcement. It included preps under sections like - Constitutional, Political and Law and Order. Items on the agenda included "inform president", "cabinet meeting", "president's notification", "passage of bill in parliament", "security in Rajya Sabha" and "send home secretary to J&K".

Soon after this picture was clicked, Amit Shah announced the government’s decision to revoke some portions of Article 370 that gives special status to the state. The picture has gone viral on social media.

As appeared in the document, the government apparently made an elaborate plan to deal with the situation. The government has taken series of steps in the past few days that raised speculation that government may take some action on the issue.
