Start a journal If you are struggling to figure out what’s next in your life, keeping a daily journal is a great help. Each day try to answer these things: what’s good about today, what’s bad about today, what’s on my mind This process can really be very useful to figure out what’s going on in your life.
Watch your emotional responses Humans are really good at hiding thoughts and feelings. We often have elements of our life that we don’t like yet we bury those feelings so deeply that we are often confused as to why we are generally unhappy. Do you feel guilty when you see a particular name on your phone Why How can you get rid of that guilt Do you sense a bit of anger when you get an email from someone Resolving these internal disagreements are vital for improving your life. Whenever you notice these emotional flashes, take note. Stop and write them down. At the end of the day spend a few moments reflecting on that emotional surge in your journal. Why did it happen Why did you have that feeling Dig a little deeper and you will the answer.
Evaluate your relationships Who are the people that really matter in your life Are these people aware of the positive feelings and thoughts you hold for them Do they trigger negative or a lot of positive feelings in you, about yourself You probably have some relationships with great people that you have not connected with as deeply as you should. You also probably have some relationships with negative people who bring about negative feelings in you and bring you down. Positive relationships are some of the most powerful things we can have in our life.
Walk through your fears Often, people already know what their big goals are but they hold them back consciously or unconsciously due to their fears. These fears are then misplaced and become excuses to prevent oneself from pursuing something great in life. Write down all the reasons about why you think you are not able to do it. What is it that is holding you back Fear or limitation Real or just a excuse This way you can figure out how you can get rid of all of them.
Meditate and connect Meditation enables you to establish a connect with the supreme. Through meditation, you can reduce the number of anxiety attacks that you get and your body will feel better as you will be able to enjoy the bliss from within.
