XXL sizes are in vogue now
Winter is almost here and everyone is all set to end 2019 in the classiest way possible. Every girl’s best friend is certainly her bag because that’s what carries all the good stuff safe and tucked in. Investing in the right kind of bag is a huge responsibility, so we made it easy for you with tips from fashionistas and designers in town. Here is a list of bags you can choose from and go beyond your hangover of those micro bags you’ve been holding on to since a while now!
Speaking about one for everyone Nupur Singh, a fashion designer from Bengaluru says, “Every occasion needs to have an appropriate bag but this winter has a lot to offer. For a touch of finesse to your casual weekend this winter you can carry your basic essentials in a bag with structured handles. It’s an absolute stunner and most often comes with a cross handle that will polish your outlook and falls well even with a flowy dress.”
For those who aren’t really into bags fashion but still want to carry a little something with them Michelle Crasta a fashion designer says, “Carrying a bag can be exhausting but you need one just to keep your basics like a phone and lipsticks or balms and of course a pocket perfume. To surprise your friends with your newly found bag-fashion-love you can simply carry an evening clutch to your parties straight from work. We’re talking about clutches like feathered, embellished ones and even those shimmery silk pouches.”
We all get lazy and want that to clinch onto our comfort bags once in a while and Angel Mua fashion designing student says, “The advantage of carrying an XXL bag is that it makes you look smaller. Fashion can be smart when your accessories coordinate with what you’re wearing effortlessly. If you’re wearing a printed tee-shirt and denim shorts, with a pair of sneakers, then a solid colour XXL bag would complement the whole look. And if you’re wearing simple clothing with minimum or no prints, a printed XXL bag, would go with it.
I’d advice never go overboard with it because it can end up looking shabby.”
