In a mermaid land!

Softer hues of the same shades can be blended onto the eyes without the net.

Mermaid make-up is all the rage this season. Hues of rose gold, pink and candy blue have a lot of takers among young, Asian women. If you want to go all out, work with a fish net and cream shadows. Blend contrasting shades of pink, blue and sea green to achieve the perfect blend along the cheek bones. Softer hues of the same shades can be blended onto the eyes without the net. The overall look achieved flows from the eyes through to the cheekbone and forehead and can even be extended to the lips.

For a more Gothic effect, work around metallic light blue shades. For a more delicate option, work hues of pink on the lips. Work around just one feature of the face sans the net, if you plan to go minimal with this look. Have beautifully highlighted eyes blending in tones of pink and blue. Play around with a smoked look slightly in the corner. You can choose to work with just one shade in different intensities also instead of working contrast tones. In this particular style, try to highlight one particular feature of the face and do not make every feature too loud.

For the less adventurous, a sun kissed, glossed look is a very good choice. Strong bronzed tones with lots of glitter helps enhance the lips – with a colour element to complete the look.

To add a final charm to the look, add fun glitters, star style crystals and chunky diamonte’s . This will add the final oomph and leave you feeling like a true Diva!
