‘Graph’iti for your eyes!

This season, the make-up message is clear — it’s all about going bigger and bolder! When international runaways and fashion blogs cited ‘Bold Graphic Liner Look’ to reign supreme in 2017, it raised eyebrows. But, looks like, the trend is here to stay and probably slay! And, if a wee bit of drama inspires you, here’s a lowdown on how to go about it and stay ahead of the beauty curve.

• Begin by lining your inner eye with a black shadow gel liner.
• Now, follow it up by lining the bottom lashes. As a rule, you must flick in an upward direction, from the bottom. This should be followed by going back  in to create a natural line.
• On the top lash line, do a flick first. But, that said, make it parallel to the line. Follow this line inward.
• Now, use a fine gel liquid liner to trace the previous step — with some precision!
• To achieve a perfect slant on the edges, take a pointed Q-tip and smudge outwards. Add a pop of bright colour or a streak of  gold on the inner lining of your lower lashes. White or yellow eyeliner works well if you wish to enhance the effect of the pastel shades, if you’ve used them.

Bold graphic liner is easy to try, and are perfect to make a striking statement. Go easy on the rest of your make-up. Tie up your hair into a top knot, so that all eyes are on yours!
