Ombre is the colour story
There are two sides to every story and every makeup look as well. Two-toned makeup is trending and so are ombre lips. Two or more lipstick shades are blended together so that they fade into one another, and the result — defined lips. There’s a bonus too, you get to use not one but two of your favourite lipstick colours! An ombré lip defines your lips and makes them seem fuller.
To achieve this look put on your lipstick first and then outline your lips with a darker liner, especially around the corners. Now, blend the liner using short and light strokes on the outer end of your lips.
To add the highlight, dab a lighter shade of lipstick in a circle on the upper and lower middle of your lips. Blend it out with a brush or your finger!
The beauty of this look is that you can use darker berry shades to create a statement look or use subtle pinks and peaches to just add another dimension to your lips.
