The actress walked the red carpet at Cannes and attended the inauguration of the Indian Pavilion, all from the comfort of her Manali home
Not only has the Covid-19 pandemic forced people to cancel personal functions like weddings, it has led to the postponement or cancellation of various global events too. While the annual MET Gala has been postponed indefinitely, the Cannes Film Festival 2020 took a virtual route.
The virtual inauguration of the Indian Pavilion was attended by Kangana Ranaut from the comfort of her Manali home, and also by Union Information and Broadcasting Minister, Prakash Javadekar.
As part of the first online edition of the Cannes Film Market, the Manikarnika actress slayed her virtual red carpet appearance in a powerful all-white pantsuit.
Wearing a white t-shirt, trousers and stylish blazer, the Queen actress is seen in another picture sitting in front of a laptop, sporting a flawless smile.
Her team captioned the picture, “#KanganaRanaut serving French Riviera glamour straight from her home as part of virtual India Pavilion red carpet at #Cannes2020.”
