Chilly Chicken
Ingredients
- 200-250 gm chicken
- ½ cap vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2-3 stalks of spring onions
- ½ capsicum (optional)
Preparation
- Marinade chicken with salt and vinegar for half an hour to one hour (depending on the amount of chicken).
- Cook chicken on a slow fire.
- Once chicken is tender, add the soy sauce and chillies; mix well.
- If you are using capsicum, fry the capsicum before adding to the chicken.
- Add finely sliced spring onions for garnish.
- Enjoy with bread or noodles!
