Power pancakes!

Healthy Breakfast pancakes

Ingredients
One cup oats
Two egg whites
One scoop protein powder (optional)
Water, sufficient quantity
One tsp coconut oil
Organic honey or maple syrup or peanut butter

Method
Pour egg whites, oats and protein powder in a blender and blend with sufficient quantity of water to make a thick batter.

Heat a non-stick pan and add a teaspoon of organic coconut oil. Pour the batter over the pan and spread it across to get a thin layer.

Cook till light brown and crispy.

Serve with a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup or peanut butter as per preference.
