In a 'mush'y state of mind
Actress Hitha Chandrashekar shares with us her recipe for saut©ed mushroom.
Ingredients
- Chopped mushrooms
- Chopped garlic- 1
- Chopped green chili- 1
- Chopped onion - 1
- Olive oil 1tbsp
- Butter two tsp
- 2 tsp oregano
- Salt, tt
Method
- Add oil to a pan.
- Once heated, add finely chopped garlic and two green chillies (if you want it spicy) and sauté till the garlic starts to caramelise. Now, add sliced mushrooms. Add a little butter to give the dish an enhanced flavour. Sprinkle over the oregano and salt. Saute for a minute and serve alongside herb rice or as a starter or a quick healthy snack. Mushroom sauté can be had alongside herbed rice, eaten as a starter or a quick healthy snack.
