Maple Ginger Soda
Ingredients
- Ginger purée: 1/2 tbsp
- Pure maple syrup: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Black salt: A pinch
- Soda: 250 ml
- Ice cubes: As per wish
Method
- Muddle ginger, lemon, pure maple syrup or make purée
- Top it with Soda & Ice
Maple Syrup and Orange Green Tea
Ingredients
- 150 ml Green Tea chilled
- 20 ml Maple Syrup
- 20 ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- 1 Lime wedge
- 2 Slices Fresh Ginger
- 2 Slices Malta Orange
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Take a Boston Shaker and muddle 2 slices of orange and ginger together
- Add homemade ginger Syrup
- And shake it and double strain in a Tall glass
- Fill the glass with Ice and add maple syrup and Green tea and Stir Garnish
Almond and Soya Milk Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Almond Flakes – 100 g
- Soya Milk – 750 ml
- Honey – 150 g
- Whole almonds – 350 g
- Banana – 200 g
Method
- In a mixer jar, take whole almonds after removing the skin
- Add soya milk, honey and banana in it
- Blend it well and garnish with roasted almonds flakes.
- Here’s a smart tip to make the dish tastier: Add a berry flavor as per availability to enhance flavor.
Mango Panna Spiced Almonds
Ingredients
- Almonds: 60 g
- Salt to taste
- Jaggery Powder: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: 1 tsp
- Cardamon Powder: 1 tsp
Method:
Toss all the ingredients together and enjoy.
Badam Elichi Shake
Ingredients:
- Milk – 3 cups
- Almonds (peeled and chopped) – ½ cup
- Honey – 1table spoon
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Saffron – 5 strands
- Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops (optional)
Method
- Mix the milk, almonds, honey, coriander powder, saffron and vanilla ice-cream
- Blend all these ingredients in a blender
- Froth it up and serve chilled
- Garnish it with almond flakes
