Two course salad special
Actress Rashmika Mandanna, a fitness freak, shares a healthy full meal recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ avocado
Method
- Grill chicken till it turns golden brown.
- Grill a tomato with drizzled vinegar on it.
- Cut the avocado into pieces.
- In a large bowl mix the tomato, avocado and the chicken together. Add sal to taste and serve.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp custard powder
- 1 litre milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 banana
- 1 apple
- ½ pomegranate
- 5-10 whole grapes
Method
- Boil the milk in a clean container, when completely boiled, let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- When the milk is just warm, mix custard powder and stir well till it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.
- Add sugar accordingly, and let it cool down.
- Mix cut fruits all together into the custard. Refrigerate before serving.
