Two course salad special

Actress Rashmika Mandanna, a fitness freak, shares a healthy full meal recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ avocado

Method

  • Grill chicken till it turns golden brown.
  • Grill a tomato with drizzled vinegar on it.
  • Cut the avocado into pieces.
  • In a large bowl mix the tomato, avocado and the chicken together. Add sal to taste and serve.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 banana
  • 1 apple
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 5-10 whole grapes

Method

  • Boil the milk in a clean container, when completely boiled, let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  • When the milk is just warm, mix custard powder and stir well till it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.
  • Add sugar accordingly, and let it cool down.
  • Mix cut fruits all together into the custard. Refrigerate before serving.
