Ginger Chicken recipe
Ingredients
Half kg chicken
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 lemon
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tbsp cream
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Method
Wash chicken in running water. For marination, mix all the above mentioned ingredients with chicken except lemon, and refrigerate for an hour. Remove chicken from refrigerator. Pre-heat a non-stick pan until hot. No need to add cooking oil as chicken is already marinated in olive oil. Add chicken; cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame or until chicken is fork-tender, and there is no water left behind. To serve, squeese lemon on top and add cream as per taste/calories required and serve hot with garlic bread with oregano seasoning.
