Banana rum-bles

Banana-O-Rum
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp rum
Method
- Peel off the bananas, cut them horizontally and vertically into eight pieces.
- Take a pan, heat the ghee and put the bananas. Fry it for 15-20 seconds.
- Sprinkle sugar on the banana and fry it for another 10 seconds.
- Pour the orange juice on the bananas and wait till the orange juice becomes a little thick.
- Pour the rum into the side of the pan and tilt the pan towards the fire till the rum is ready.
- Serve with ice cream.
