Banana rum-bles

Banana-O-Rum
Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp rum

Method

  • Peel off the bananas, cut them horizontally and vertically into eight pieces.
  • Take a pan, heat the ghee and put the bananas. Fry it for 15-20 seconds.
  • Sprinkle sugar on the banana and fry it for another 10 seconds.
  • Pour the orange juice on the bananas and wait till the orange juice becomes a little thick.
  • Pour the rum into the side of the pan and tilt the pan towards the fire till the rum is ready.
  • Serve with ice cream.
