Creamy cravings

Model Sathvika Appaiah shares the recipe of her comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm prawns (washed and deveined)
  • 50 gm butter
  • 10-12 pods (medium) garlic
  • 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 -1 tsp sugar
  • Half cup cream
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Add butter in a frying pan.
  • Once hot, add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry until light golden brown. Add prawns into it. Fry on medium flame until cooked.
  • Add cream and stir lightly. Now, add salt and then sugar.
  • Cook for two minutes. Your butter garlic prawns are ready.
