Ingredients
- 250 gm prawns (washed and deveined)
- 50 gm butter
- 10-12 pods (medium) garlic
- 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 -1 tsp sugar
- Half cup cream
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add butter in a frying pan.
- Once hot, add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry until light golden brown. Add prawns into it. Fry on medium flame until cooked.
- Add cream and stir lightly. Now, add salt and then sugar.
- Cook for two minutes. Your butter garlic prawns are ready.
