Man with terminal penis cancer may lose his manhood
A 25-year-old father shared a shocking confession when he said he is battling terminal penis cancer which has left him without any feeling in his manhood and leaves him unable to have sex.
Dale Clarke, from Newcastle, said he wouldn't care if 'they cut it off' as he now plans to make precious memories with his family with the time he has remaining.
Clarke was given the devastating news by doctors after discovering a lump on the tip of his member which had grown into the size of a grape.
He has undergone five operations, nine rounds of radiotherapy and two bouts of chemotherapy - but all have proved unsuccessful.
According to doctors he is one of the youngest people they had treated with it and he has one of the most aggressive forms of cancer they have ever seen.
Clarke, who has already had part of his penis removed is aware he will lose his member completely as medics continue to battle the diseases. The youngster says that he no longer has any sensation in his penis and that his sex life with his fiancée Paige King, 24, is ruined as a result.
However, Clarke wants to stay positive and focus on making happy memories with his family and continue planning his Las Vegas wedding.
He has also been given the news that Miss King is pregnant with a 'little miracle'. Clarke already has a six-year-old son called Cole.
