Celery: It has low calorie and high fiber content and being largely made of water, celery is also a great hydration source, in addition to being high in important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K and folate.
White meat protein: Foods high in protein and low in fat, such as white fish or poultry, take more energy to burn and less time to digest opposed to carbohydrates and fats. According to Taylor eating roughly 70-140 grams of protein daily allows for the body to burn more calories in the digestion stages, effectively burning more energy within the body.
Dandelion Root: Dandelion root is a relatively new addition in the health food world that and to supermarket shelves. It is a good metabolism booster and also aids in the regulation of blood pressure, stimulates the digestion and acts as a diuretic.
Red Chilli: Its major chemical component, capsaicin, has been shown to increase the body's release of hormones which stimulates the body’s metabolism process, increases calorie burn through its vibrant nature and increases protein chaining within muscle maintenance.
