New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday, released an animated video of himself demonstrating the yoga pose, Padahastasana.
'Pada' means foot, 'hastha' stands for hands, and 'asana' means pose. In his post, he talked about the importance of the yoga pose and even shared its benefits.
"Making Padahastasana a regular part of your lives will make your body healthier and your mind calmer. What more can one ask for!" he tweeted.
The asana helps in removing extra fat from abdomen region and to build up spine more flexible and resilient.
