In today’s busy world, odd working hours, changing lifestyle & stress, it is difficult to get enough sleep, whether you’re a working individual, a student or a concerned parent. Sleep deprivation is a societal epidemic that exists across all economic statuses, industries and seniority levels.

Bad sleep can cause many things:

  • Decreased productivity
  • Weight gain
  • Irritability
  • Mood swings
  • Long term memory loss
  • Greater Risk of Heart Disease and Stroke
  • Depression
  • Bad immune system

The most important aspect of a healthy sleep is that the spine remains straight. This should always be one of the most important criteria while selecting a mattress. It is never easy figuring out if a mattress suits you while lying in a store on a mattress for 5 minutes.

Nakul Gupta, the spokesperson at Dormio India, says, “The correct way of choosing a mattress is sleeping on it, literally. The materials used in mattresses should support the body and provide comfort and safety to people.”

He goes on to say, “we are very aware of how much bad sleep can affect people. One should choose the right mattress with the right technology. You should look for a mattress that is neither too firm nor too soft; the right mattress should make you feel like you are floating on air.

Remember we spend our 6-9 hrs on mattress for a healthy sleep and if the mattress is made up of poor quality or is not giving your body comfort it will do more bad than good. Also you should replace your mattress after every 8-10 years. Don’t forget that an old mattress that you might be using for last 15-20 years might be making your back & neck worse.

While buying a mattress always look for mattresses that are not only comfortable but have technologically advanced features. So always consider investing in a good mattress.

  • Made up of high quality like Talalay Latex, which is the most technically advanced foam
  • Climate Comfort System
  • Supportive and back pain relieving
  • Anti dust mite, mold and mildew proof
  • Helps to stay cool during the summer and snug during the winter
