Energy healing helps in clearing, re-energising, empowering, balancing and calming your energy field.

In today’s time, awareness about energy that surrounds us and is within us has considerably increased. This energy could be referred to as your aura, or energy of your chakras, or ‘qi’ in Chinese. Now the question arises as to how we can strengthen our energy field as well as protect ourselves from the negative energies in the environment.

There is both positive as well as negative energy around us and also good and bad people using this energy for ulterior motives. Therefore, it becomes imperative for everyone to know more about the energy and how the same could be used to protect oneself from negative elements. Not only this, the energy can be used to heal oneself and the healing works for just everything and anything that one might be having problems sorting. It could be financial, physical or personal, etc.

Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated. Although various ancient cultures use different modalities to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal, they all saw internal energy as a powerful force of God.

You can follow some simple ways to protect yourself from negative energy and add more and more positivity within yourself and in your environment:

Rhythmic Pranayama:
Regularly practicing it for five minutes will help release all the negative energy.

Sea Salt Bowl:
You should put sea salt bowl in every corner of your house. It will keep absorbing the negativity entering the house.

Nature scenery:
Put images of nature sceneries as it will create a soothing environment in your house. Also, avoid pictures of wild animals as it will lead to aggression in your behaviour.

Be pet friendly:
Try to keep a pet in your house as it will bring positivity to your environment.

Be positive:
You should always keep your thoughts positive. This will keep you motivated and improve the environment around you.
