Sportspersons having sex before participating in a competition is a highly debated subject since despite a common belief that it has negative effects on their performance, some studies suggest that it can actually be beneficial.

Muay Thai fighter Mia Kang has been landing blows in the ring while leaving people stunned as a swimsuit model for Sports Illustrated. The badass beauty on her way to train in Thailand revealed that her trainers have advised her to have more sex to enhance her performance.

While it may sound unusual for fighters to have sex before a fight, Mia says that having sex increases testosterone levels in women, which is something that helps them perform better in the ring.

Mia has impressed by winning her first fight by KO and is in Thailand preparing for her next fight. Meanwhile the debate about athletes having sex earlier surfaced when participants were found to be having a lot of sex during the Rio Olympics.

Many warned that sex may be a distraction when it comes to training for sporting events, but experts said that abstinence can cause more distraction.
