Like a ‘rainbow’

The rainbow eye makeup look that’s trending this season works on all eye colours, when paired with a neutral lip, the colours on your lip will pop. While it’s perfect for halloween, unicorn inspired looks, this makeup look will also work for an official setting if done right. Here is how you can achieve the look without looking like a joker.

HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:

1. To create this look, prep your lids with an eye primer or concealer.
2. Take a matte brownish orange shade in a fluffy blending brush and buff it into the crease and blend it in upward strokes.
3. Take a medium brown eyeshadow on the same blending brush and blend it.
4. A deeper brown shade can be used to define the eye socket. Blend the three shades softly.
5. Use an angular brush and apply concelar to your lids. Ensure it has clean edge.
6. Start with a reddish pink on the outer corner followed by an orange, yellow and other colours as well. Ensure that each shade overlaps with the other. Do not blend.
7. Softly touch up the crease with same brown shade.
8. A shimmery liquid liner or metallic liner will define the crease line.
9. Now grab your favourite eyeliner and draw a cat or winged tip. Apply that deep brown shade with an angular brush on the lower lash line and smudge it further with a rusty brown shade. Apply a champagne highlighter on the brow bone area and groom your brows.
10. Conceal your under eye area. Apply loads of mascara to finish off your look.
11. Apply a nude colour lip liner followed by matte lipstick and gloss.
