Jag Chima brings world class fitness education to India

Redefining the fitness landscape in India.

Physique Global have been organizing many fitness clinics, seminars and events across major cities in India since 2015. Their recent tour in August 2019 included seminars in Chandigarh Group of Colleges and Lovely Professional University by Kris Gethin, transformation specialist.

Jag Chima, CEO & Co-Founder of Physique Global and Kris Gethin Gyms said “With right fitness education, our Indian trainers can be as good as international trainers, if not better. Our aim is to provide science backed education to all the trainers and masses of India. Health and fitness are not just about eating right and exercising to look and perform a certain way. Fitness is also about how we feel within, about whether we are able to manage our thoughts and emotions on a daily basis.”

He added “This is the perfect platform for professionals to build and strengthen their fitness knowledge from some of the top coaches around the world. It is one of its highly futuristic initiatives to get the ideas and techniques in strength and conditioning shared equally among the trainers of the world irrespective of their backgrounds”.

Physique Global has also brought together the top Indian and international athletes and educators on the same platform. This one of a kind platform has provided the right fitness education and addressed many unique challenges that are specific to different regions of India.

Jag Chima had assessed the fitness space India and realized the need for a good fitness education platform. He had a vision of bringing the best education platform to India, which is now happening in even the non-metro cities and the remote parts of India.

Kris Gethin, Branch Warren, Roger Snipes, Andreia Brazier, Cristina Silva, Sangran Chougle, Abhinav Mahajan and Vaishali Bhoirs are some of the athletes and experts who have shared their journey and knowledge through this platform.

Right fitness education and guidance is what is lacking in Indian Bodybuilding and is the main reason our athletes are not able to make an impact at global Bodybuilding stages. That is the purpose of Physique Global.”

Physique Global has also focused on fitness for Indian women and is successful in providing the right education, motivation and facilities necessary. Many top Indian and International female athletes are the main reason for motivating and spreading awareness among the female population of India.
