Originally called the Queen’s Way, Janpath is situated in the heart of the Delhi, thus making fashion available for all ages and all pockets.
It’s a heaven for the budget shopper who look for fashion and money, hand in hand. “Compared to branded clothes these are not just affordable but the quality is also quite good,” says Vedita a college student. The price of any apparel as well as jewellery starts from as low as Rs.80 and goes up to Rs.999 giving all the variety that one needs.
Fashion is something that exists in the street and people are usually spotted buying different clothes from Janpath. One can match and flaunt. Janpath is popularly known for its ethnic clothing from chikankari to plain cotton and silk — all types of materials are readily available.
“There is so much variety of collection here, specially the white kurtis with all sorts of designs,” exclaims Madhavi, a regular buyer. It is the place for street fashion in Delhi.
