A hotel receptionist who hung up on an angry customer did not expect him to drive to the hotel to express his anger in this manner.
Surveillance footage caught an enraged man spraying a receptionist with a fire extinguisher when he was denied a hotel room.
The incident took place in Xi'an city in China's Shaanxi province on Saturday.
CGTN reported that the man called the hotel hoping to book a room but when he refused to reveal his name the front desk executive turned down his request.
The enraged man abused the woman so she hung up on him, he then drove to the hotel and sprayed the woman in his fit of rage.
The footage shows the man spraying the woman with the fire extinguisher, and as she hides behind the desk a security guard attempts to pacify the man.
It's unknown whether she was harmed during the incident or not.
