Winsted: First responders had to use a power saw to help a woman who got her head stuck in a pickup truck’s exhaust pipe at a Minnesota festival.

Firefighters were called to help the trapped woman, who is OK.

The McLeod County Sheriff’s Office says the woman was cited for underage drinking and escorted from the festival once she was freed.

Kaitlyn Strom was at the Winstock Country Music Festival in the town of Winsted on Friday when she decided to go where few people have gone before.

Speaking to the Hutchinson Leader, she said that they were all just having fun when she noticed a big exhaust pipe.

“I was like, ‘Hey, my head could probably fit in that…So I tried it. It did fit, but it didn’t want to come back out.”

Strom estimated she spent 45 minutes inside the pipe and said she was finally rescued when firefighters used a power saw, according to Minneapolis station WCCO TV.
