Going for an intense workout at the gym is not uncommon among bodybuilding enthusiasts and does no harm when done right. But sometimes going too hard can also leave people in pain with muscle cramps or worse consequences for muscles and joints.
A mind-boggling video shared on Facebook by a man from California shows a rarely seen consequence of post workout cramps. What looks like an alien like creature moving inside the man’s leg is actually a muscle cramp which left Angel Bermudez in agony.
The 50 second clip shows the muscles contracting all by themselves as if they were alive as Bermudez can be heard moaning in pain. Muscle cramps are painful contractions or tightening of muscles that happen suddenly and can last between few seconds to minutes.
