Gordon Ramsay gets roasted!
Michelin star chef Gordon Ramsay came under fire for shooting a goat on his National Geographic TV show, Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, which follows him as he explores “people, places and flavours the world has to offer”.
While in New Zealand, Ramsay proceeded to shoot and kill a mountain goat before cooking it, an act which received a lot of backlash online.
Many animal lovers criticised him for the "thoughtless" and "cruel" stunt.
"Just another thoughtless and cruel person, profiting from the fear, misery, suffering and murder of innocent animals," wrote one person while another said, "I hate you and your uncharted show... saw you just shoot a goat!! You are the worst.”
This is not the first time the celebrity chef has landed himself in trouble. In February last year, he mocked animal rights organisation PETA by tweeting, "I'm a member of PETA! People eating tasty animals.”
