Treatment using aspirin may prove to be effective against erectile dysfunction

A large number of men in all parts of the world are affected by erectile dysfunction which is often caused by ageing among other factors including stress. Several solutions are available in the market as men are ready to try any treatment that promises results.

But it seems that a simple and easily accessible medicine may be the answer to this issue since aspirin is found to be effective against erectile issues. Antiplatelet treatment with the drug can treat vasculogen erectile dysfunction among men with high mean platelet volume.

Therapy with 100 mg aspirin per day for six weeks was found to significantly improve erectile function. This is the first time that the effect of anti-platelet therapy on VED has been studied.
