New Delhi: Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has ordered the secretaries of various Delhi government departments to submit a statement detailing the particulars or matters disposed off in their departments during the proceeding week every Monday. He added that the particulars should be submitted on the next working day if the Monday happens to be a non-working day. A signed ordered by him said that the copies of particulars be marked to chief minister Arvind Kejriwal as well as lieutenant-governor Anil Baijal.

Sources added that the deputy CM has sought the details under the Rule 17 of the Transaction of Business Rules, 1993, a statement on the status of important proposals or the progress report. They added that for the long projects, the expected time frame has been decided over a month.

Lengthy projects sources said will have to be broken down into smaller projects and milestones be accorded to them. The particulars will have to be sent latest by 5 pm, they said.
