Delhi University's third cut-off list witnesses minor dip

Sri Venkateswara College kept the cut-off for English (Hons) at 94.5 per cent, Eco (Hons) at 96.5 per cent and for B.Com. (Hons) at 96.25 per cent.

Delhi: Delhi University, which released its third cut-off list on Thursday, again witnessed a dip of 0.25 to 2 per cent.

Of the total 56,000 undergraduate seats, around 28,000 seats are up for grabs under the third cut-off list.

While both Economics (Hons) and B.Com. (Hons) have been closed for admission for general category at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Eco (Hons) has been closed for admissions at Miranda House and Gargi College.

Kirori Mal College reopened English (Hons) for general category after keeping it closed for the second cut-off list, at 95 per cent. Similarly, Lady Shri Ram College reopened the Eco (Hons) admission process in general category at 97.5 per cent, same as the second cut-off list percentage.

For B.A. English (Hons), LSR brought the cut-off down to 97 per cent from 98 per cent, while in B.A. Political Science (Hons), the cut-off is 97.25, with a dip of 0.25 percent.

At Ramjas College, the cut off for B.Com. (Hons) and Eco (Hons) is at 96.25 per cent and 96.5 per cent, respectively. While English (Hons) is available at 95 per cent as compared to the second cut-off list’s 95.5 per cent, Physics cut-off remain unchanged at 95.66 per cent.

While Physics (Hons) is closed for admissions at Hindu College, Hansraj College and Gargi College, Chemistry (Hons) is closed at Hindu College, Sri Venkateswara College and Ramjas College.

Miranda House for Women saw 0.25 per cent dip in the cut-off for English (Hons) at 96.25 per cent, while the admission for Econ (Hons) is closed in the third cut-off list.

Sri Venkateswara College kept the cut-off for English (Hons) at 94.5 per cent, Eco (Hons) at 96.5 per cent and for B.Com. (Hons) at 96.25 per cent.

Hansraj College declared the cut off for Eco (Hons) same as second cut off at 97 per cent. For English (Hons) the cutoff has been declared at 95.75 per cent, a dip of 0.25 per cent from the first cut off. B.A. programme saw the cut off at 93.5 per cent, a dip of 0.5 percentage points as compared to first cut off’s 97 per cent.
