Delhi: Tension in Rohini on recovery of dead body
The police said he had left home in the morning to report for duty.
New Delhi: Tension prevailed after a 37-year old man, named Bhagat Singh, was allegedly found murdered in a plot near Ram Dev Chowk on Saturday morning after an unidentified miscreant bludgeoned him to death before strangulating him. Bhagat worked as an operator in a printing press in Bhorgarh Industrial Area.
The police said he had left home in the morning to report for duty. Police suspect that someone known to the deceased met him midway and committed the crime.
The death came to light after locals found the body and immediately alerted the police. Along with a sniffer squad, the jurisdictional police rushed to the spot and carried out the probe.
