Fire near Indraprastha metro station in Delhi

New Delhi: A fire broke out near Indraprastha metro station here on Tuesday.
A call was received around 2.15 PM about the fire in shrubs near the metro station, said a senior officer from the Delhi Fire Services.
Eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the fire was brought under control by 4.15 PM, he said.
"The fire started in some junk material kept near the metro station and then spread to the shrubs. No casualty was reported," said the officer.
