Man stabbed to death after tiff over glass of cold water
New Delhi: A 20-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death in front of his wife by one of his friends following a quarrel over serving a glass of cold water.
The incident took place in Northwest Delhi’s Bharat Nagar, said the police on Thursday.
According to police, the incident took place on the intervening night of July 11 and 12. The victim, Sagar, was a resident of Jahangirpuri. He got married about 10 months ago.
The victim, accompanied by his wife, had gone to meet his friends at JJ Colony in Wazirpur. Since it was hot, the victim asked the accused, Gaurav, to get him some cold water.
