Manoj Tiwari demands Gahlot's scalp
New Delhi: Delhi BJP on Saturday demanded that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal should immediately dismiss ministers Kailash Gahlot and Satender Jain for their alleged involvement in corruption.
Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari said that Kejriwal government is the “most corrupt government” in the history of national capital and it would not be exaggeration to say that ministers under this government Mr Gahlot and Mr Jain have left behind former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Madhu Koda in corruption.
Addressing a press conference, Mr Tiwari said that in view of the corruption of ministers like Mr Gehlot, Mr Jain and Asim Ahmad, people of Delhi have the reason to understand that why Mr Kejriwal is dithering on the strengthening of Lokyukta in Delhi.
“Through a media report it has been learnt that tax evasion of Rs 120 crore by Mr Gehlot has come to light. In addition there is information of undeclared investment in shares.
Tales of unaccounted trade are too wide but at close examination we understand that the modus operandi is similar, Mr Tiwari alleged.
