BJP concludes march against Kerala violence
New Delhi: Delhi BJP’s two-week long ‘Janraksha Yatra,’ against the political killings of RSS and BJP workers in Kerala, concluded on Saturday in the national capital. Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar, along with thousands of BJP workers, marched towards the CPM office.
Addressing the protesting women workers of the party, BJP national general secretary Saroj Pandey said that the BJP and RSS workers are worshippers of the nation but it is not acceptable to the Leftists and that the persons conspiring to divide the country have started murdering the nationalists one by one.
“This cruel violence was such that even the children, women, and senior citizens were not spared. This kind of violence is intolerable and shocking. The BJP women workers have decided to eliminate the leftist thinking which is a hindrance in the worship of the nation. If needed, our sisters will become ‘Durgas’ to eliminate the persons committing atrocities against innocent people,” added Ms Pandey.
Mr Tomar said more than 300 BJP and RSS workers have sacrificed their lives for the nation. He added that anti-national elements want to suppress the voice of nationalism, but the history of BJP is replete with sacrifice for the nation. Women workers assembled from all over Delhi and marched from the state office to the CPM office. During the march, the women workers had thalis (plate) and spoons in their hands and raised slogans. BJP Mahila Morcha national president Vijaya Rahatkar said, “Our sisters in Kerala have lost a lot. They have seen their fathers and sons being brutally murdered. Some of our sisters have even witnessed their husbands being burnt to death. All of this happened because they were supporting nationalism.”
