Paharganj man thrashes cousin’s wife over AC

New Delhi: In a shocking incident a person has alleged that his cousin and his uncle thrashed his wife over AC dispute. The incident happened in New Delhi’s Paharganj area on Friday.

According to the information, the accused and the victim live in the same building. The police said that one of the cousin recently installed an AC in his flat, subsequently the hot air coming out from the rear of the ac was disturbing the other cousin as it was directly entering into his house.

This resulted into a daily quarrel between both the families. One of the brother alleged that, on Friday afternoon, his uncle and his cousin allegedly thrashed him and his wife.

As per the police, the complainant is a taxi driver by profession. He was waiting for the customers at New Delhi railway station when he got a call from his wife, regarding the brother and uncle were involved in a verbal spat with her.

The victim alleged that the accused were irritated after they got an Ac and always tries to find a thing to start the fight. Similarly, on Friday the incident started with a verbal spat, but soon turned violent. The police said the victim rushed to the police station to file a complaint against the accused.

He also brought his broken tooth with him. The police has registered a case on the basis of his statement and his medical record, under section 323,325 and 506 of IPC
