New Delhi: The election campaign committee of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee for the Parliament elections held a meeting on Monday at the DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan.
DPCC president Sheila Dikshit in her address, said that Lok Sabha (LS) campaign committee has a heavy responsibility on its shoulders as the base of the election campaign is on the Campaign Committee, and it expects the support and full co-operation of all the members in the committee and the Congress workers. She said that the campaign committee for the LS elections will also be constituted at the District and Assembly levels. She said that more and more Congress workers would be associated with the campaign committees for the effective functioning of the Congress party’s Lok Sabha election campaigns in Delhi. Ms Dikshit said that the campaign committees should raise all the local issues and all that connected with the problems of the common people. She said that Congress will expose the lies of the Aam Aadmi Pary and the hollow promises of the BJP.
