No one arrested till the last reports came in, police sources said.

 The victim said that while he was returning home from his rice mill, two motorcyclists suddenly intercepted his bike and hit him on the head with a revolver butt and snatched his bike key before breaking the roolbox of the bike and snactched all the cash the victim had on him. Berhampore: Several armed miscreants snatched Rs 9.5 lakh from a rice mill merchant Palas Mondal on gunpoint on Tuesday night at Palsanda more in Nabagram police station area on National Highway 34. The victim said that while he was returning home from his rice mill, two motorcyclists suddenly intercepted his bike and hit him on the head with a revolver butt and snatched his bike key before breaking the roolbox of the bike and snactched all the cash the victim had on him. They then escaped by disappearing in the melee. No one arrested till the last reports came in, police sources said.
