Bombay HC rejects aba of tantrik who duped woman
Mumbai: The Bombay high court rejected the anticipatory bail application of a tantrik who allegedly sexually exploited and duped at Thane-based young woman under pretext of curing her cancer-afflicted father. The court observed that the accused had exploited several women and that there is sufficient evidence against the accused and hence rejected the ABA.
Justice Revati Mohite-dere was hearing an anticipatory bail application of accused, Sailal Jedhia. In 2015 victim who learnt that her father was in last stage of cancer. She came across a post of Sailal Jedhia (Demon Buster-Saikamakhya agni firebaptist Tantric) on Facebook. She called on the mobile number of the said post and disclosed about her father’s illness. Jedhia then extractd Rs 1 lakh from the complainant. Thereafter he called her to Assam and sought Rs 2 lakhs. He also told her that somebody had done black magic and she will have to perform a pooja. Jedhia then brought her in pooja room and had physical relationship with her against her consent.
