Mumbai: For Bhayandar’s Baraaf family, the New Year started on a tragic note as they lost their only son, Rishabh, in a bike accident early Monday. According to the police, the accident was reported from the “Golden Nest” circle in Bhayandar (east) at around 5 am. Rishabh and his friends, residents of Bhayandar (west), were on their way to Kashimira when they were apparently knocked down by a public transport bus headed towards Navghar road. The driver of the bus is absconding. While Rishabh (20) died on the spot due to serious head injuries, his friend Deepak Shelatkar who was riding pillion, is battling for life at a private hospital.
