51 storeys of Trump Tower in Worli completed

Mumbai: The ultra- luxury project of Jr. Donald Trump partnered with the Lodha is taking shape in the bustling area of Worli. Out of the planned 78 floors, 51 storeys have been completed till now. Registered under Maharera, the project offers luxurious 3 and 4 BHK apartments with amenities like space for a private jet, terrace, swimming pool, and a gymnasium, among others.    

The 400 unit residential project is approximately 268 meters high with a golden curtain walled façade and is designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) Studio, Singapore. “Trump Tower Mumbai offers its residents tons of exclusive lifestyle privileges, which includes a 24-hour Resident Manager and white-glove services, access to global Trump luxury properties and for the first time in India – a fractional membership to private jet service exclusively for Trump residents,” said a spokesperson from Lodha.

The entire tower is due for completion only by mid-2019.  The price  of the apartments is between Rs 9 crore to Rs 10 crore and the bookings have already been started. The project aims at attracting the wealthy citizens like celebrities, industrialists, cricketers etc and is built across 17 acres of plot at The Park in Worli.  

The tower will face Bandra-Worli sea link, and there will be a seven-tier security system consisting of surveillance cameras, swipe cards, special car tags, and an army of private guards.
