Dhananjay Munde slams government on vote of thanks

Munde also said that though the state government had organised the Magnetic Maharashtra summit, it had failed to generate employment.

Mumbai: Opposition leader Dhananjay Munde slammed the state government over the vote of thanks motion for Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao’s speech on Tuesday. Mr Munde called the speech a last ditch attempt by the state government to allegedly fool the people.

“The loan waiver scheme was just cheating the farmers. When Dharma Patil committed suicide in Mantralaya, the countdown of this government began. This government claims to be obedient to King Shivaji, but its failure to start work on the memorial is itself a proof of cheating,” said Mr Munde, in his speech on Governor’s address to both houses.

Mr Munde also said that though the state government had organised the Magnetic Maharashtra summit, it had failed to generate employment.
