Mumbai: The Bombay high court has rapped the state for delaying the Nashik court expansion project, after the advocate who filed the PIL sought directions to the state to expedite the process of transferring land held by the home department and of removing some structures. The court has directed the home department to file its reply within four weeks although four months’ time was sought to carry out the eviction and handing-over the plot .
