Told govt to destroy terror camps, says Sharad Pawar
NCP chief said there were “murmurs” among people on whether the airstrike on February 26 on a JeM camp in Pakistan had a “political purpose”.

Mr Pawar was speaking at the Chakan in Pune during the election campaign. According to the local media report, the NCP chief said that after Pulwama attack, under the leadership of union home minister Rajnath Singh, a meeting was chaired in Delhi.
“Being a former defence minister, the first question was asked to me, I have suggested him to give an order to Indian forces to kill terrorists and destroy the terrorist’s camps,” Mr Pawar said.
On Saturday, NCP chief said there were “murmurs” among people on whether the airstrike on February 26 on a Jaish-e-Mohammed camp in Pakistan had a “political purpose”.
