Mumbai: As many as 16 people have tested positive for swine flu in the state in July, officials said on Monday. While the number of confirmed H1N1 cases in Maharashtra have gone up to 1,877 so far this year, a total 192 people have succumbed to swine flu-induced complications in the state during this period.

Of these deceased, 108 victims did not have any comorbid conditions where one or more diseases occur along with another condition in the same person at the same.
