As per an FIR in January, aunt’s son allegedly raped her in January 2019 and later on many occasion also threatened her that if she reveals this to anybody he will kill her.

According to the victim, father of the accused also allegedly sexually abused her following which she became pregnant.

The petitioner told the court that since the pregnancy is result of sexual abuse she wants to terminate the pregnancy. The court has directed JJ Hospital doctors to examine her and submit the report on August 1.
