There are many coincidences that will amaze you for their sheer uniqueness. Most recently, a woman from Iceland experienced an amazing event in her life; her son and she happened to be the first babies in the country in their respective years.
A mother and her son were born on the same day 37 years apart in Iceland. Katrín Guðjónsdóttir gave birth to Iceland’s first baby of 2017, three minutes after midnight; coincidentally she was the first baby of Iceland in 1980 too.
According to a report in the Huffington Post, the baby whose name has not been revealed was born at a hospital in Selfoss. While Katrin has two children already, she wasn’t expecting her son to be born on the same day as she was.
